Time's really flown past. It's almost been a year since my last update. I'm really sorry if I disappointed anyone who added me to their f-list. *bows*

I have been keeping busy. I'm still in Japan, still teaching English and studying Japanese. I went to the KT Break the Records Concert in Tokyo Dome and my love for KT was rekindled. I'm going to try to update more. It's good practice for me anyway!

The title of this article is somewhat misleading as the theme is about the members of KAT-TUN revealing their secrets and there isn't even a trace of nudity. (just kidding). After each member revealed their secrets, they also received messages from the other 5 members.

Here's Kamenashi's part. I probably won't translate the other member's responses because this interview isn't as interesting as some others out there.

But it's still nice to learn about Kamenashi's attitude to meeting new people.

By opening your heart and making a connection, the other person should open theirs to you too. )

In this interview, Akanishi talks about how he openly starts relationships with people without pretense. He also mentions KAT-TUN's new song 'DUES' and his single 'LOVEJUICE'.

With Maru's response added, the 10 Question Personality Analysis is now officially complete! Yay, applause~ Anyway I really enjoyed translating this series and learning more about the boys. I hope you enjoyed reading it!

5 members down, one to go! You know one of the biggest challenges of translating is finding the right English expression to match Japanese equivalents. The harder I study Japanese, the more I feel like my English is deteriorating. Soon I'll come to a point where I can speak both English and Japanese but neither of them will be at a native level. =p

It's been a while since my last translation. To be honest I've been really busy working and I'm actually planning to go back to Japan, which is why my life's been really unsettled and I feel like I've got no time to relax. I haven't really been following the KT fandom and I used to follow it every day! I've got a whole pile of Japanese magazines still unread but I fully intend to once I get organised and figure out what I'm doing with my life. Thanks for your support.

Again, it's a short article but it might give you some insight into Taguchi Junnosuke's real personality? Maybe. =)

I want to live a life that doesn’t cause unpleasantness for anyone. )

Surprise! Here is Ueda's section in continuation of the '10 Question Personality Analysis' series. This one didn't give me as much translating grief compared to Kamenashi and Akanishi's parts. Ueda answered each question quite straight-forwardly which made it easier for me to translate.

Kind of unrelated to this article in particular, but since hearing their new song 'DON'T U EVER STOP', I find that I've fallen in love with KT once again, or something... I've read a fair bit of criticism about the song but I don't think the fact that it sounds like a typical KT song is necessarily a bad thing. It's their signature sound that I've come to love and I'm sure many others would agree. I hope they release more singles to inspire me to translate more. I hope you enjoy reading this one.

As promised, I have finished translating Kamenashi's section from the May 2008 issue of duet. The theme - analysing the KAT-TUN members' true personalities in 10 questions!

Enjoy~

Hello everyone, it's been a while since my last translation. I've been so busy!

It's just a short article today. But in this interview, Akanishi used a lot of expressions/slang which made it hard for me to translate properly. I need more study. ;_;

In this issue of duet they asked the members of KAT-TUN 10 questions to analyse their personalities. The theme was that they might look like angels but they have a devilish side to them.

This translation is Ueda's part of the series '3 Dozen Truths', in which the six members of KT honestly answered 6 questions from the readers.

Ueda's answers were so interesting for me to read and I'm sure you'll agree!

Read about Kame's thoughts on the theme 'World Wide', translated from potato April 2008.

I am more curious than anything else. I won't make any promises since I love Jin the most <3 but will try and post articles of the most popular KT members if I get the chance.

It's been a long time since I posted an article. Sorry everyone. I've been so busy working. In this month's issue of potato, the members of kat-tun were asked questions on theme 'World Wide'.

I've been pretty productive with posting articles recently. I guess I'm kind of on a roll. This might sound crazy, but my Japanese reading has improved so much since I started doing this regularly.

I'm on Mixi (a kind of social network for Japanese people, like MySpace/Facebook) and often read my Japanese friends' blogs. Exposure to a bit of Japanese every day helps improve your skills, I can guarantee it!

みんなさん、がんばりましょう!

In this issue of duet, the members answered questions that were submitted by the readers on postcards. I would've liked to have written in a question and gotten it answered too. But I don't know what I would have asked. If you could ask a KAT-TUN member any question, what would it be?
